The Log Project
Log project started in 2007 as an exploration of the concepts of mass production and customizablitity with the focus on relation between a product and its user. Raw log of pinewood is used as a blank canvas for a series of products. Each log would accomodate several pieces of an electric appliance that would be cut-off with a hand saw, involving the user in production process. Every piece would get a unique and personal final touch. Several prototypes of Log Radios an Log Clocks where made as a sample of a broader collection of Log products.
